vitamins are my best friend ^_^


I take both the hair, skin and nails as well as the fish oil 3 times a day. I've been slacking a lil lately but last month I saw a difference in my skin and my hair.

Maybe because I've been taking super care of them.

I've been eating a lot of spinach, salmon, brown rice, sardines, nuts and fruit. I need to drink more water though.

I have traction alopecia in the back of my head, due to tight braids. It sucks but hopefully it'll grow back.

Being natural has been tough for me but I'm gonna start blogging about my natural hair more now I that I know the trick to taking care of it. =]
